In 2010, Southeast Regional center (SRC) was approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Regional Center under the EB-% Immigrant Investor Program. An EB-5 Regional Center is an entity that has been approved by USCIS under the EB-5 program, as an economic unit, public or private, engaged in the promotion of economic growth, improved regional activity, job creation and increased capital investment in the United States. Through years of experience, SRC have developed a comprehensive and successful EB-5 program. Our projects stimulate the economy of the host community as well as the entire country while at the same time, offer eligible foreign investors the opportunity to secure legitimate permanent residency in the United States.
SRC serves geographic areas in Alabama and Georgia. Alabama and Georgia are in one of the fastest growing automotive regions in North America referred to as the “Southeastern Automotive Corridor”.

Our Mission is to reduce, as much as possible, Investors’ Immigration Risks and their Financial Risks by delivering superior EB-5 Investment Projects in Rural Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) and ensuring that all the necessary documentations are made, and approvals obtained from USCIS concerning their Immigrant applications.

One industry SRC focuses on is the Auto manufacturing. We work with leading global auto manufacturers located in Alabama and Georgia to bring EB-5 investments into this sector that very much needs economic stimulus, development, and job creation to fulfil the goals of the EB-5 program.
In addition to the auto manufacturing projects, SRC is actively seeking various other types of investment opportunities to diversify our portfolio. We evaluate these projects by conducting: Sensitivity analysis and market research, Qualitative analysis, to make them EB-5 compliant and financially solid.

Moses Choi
CEO
Mr. Choi is the Manager and CEO of SRC. He is responsible for selecting, structuring and managing projects and fundraising. With over 20 years of experience in developing and managing investments for high net worth individuals, families, or institutions, he has generated sizable returns for private equities and institutions. Mr. Choi is also the founder and executive officer of Vine Partners, LLC, Vine Properties, LLC, and Closing-Pro Title & Escrow, LLC. He has also served as an in-house consultant and Board Advisor to Tomorrow’s Bank. Mr. Choi’s career also includes extensive experience with investment banking, securities, mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with JP Morgan Securities, Inc., Rabobank Nederland, and CIBC Wood Gundy before founding his own company. During this time, his duties included valuation, execution, and originating various M&A projects, private placements, and syndicated loan financings. Some of the transactions he facilitated to close include: a $725 million subsidiary sale to Emerson Electric, a $450 million buy-side advisory for Ericsson Component AB, a $3.0 billion senior credit facility for Nextel Finance Company; and a $1.0 billion senior secured credit facility for McLeod USA. Mr. Choi has transactional experience covering financing projects more than $5 billion in aggregate transaction amounts. Mr. Choi is a graduate of New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Gwinnett, and the American Land Title Association.

Morrie Berez
Board Advisor
Mr. Berez, as SRC Board Director for EB-5, he provides SRC and its projects and investors with expert assistance and support to ensure full and complete EB-5 eligibility and compliance on all SRC activities, matters, and services related to the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Prior to joining SRC, Mr. Berez has had a distinguished career and record of accomplishment in a U.S. Federal Government career spanning over 35 years at four major Federal agencies — U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS); theU.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS); the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO); and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). For almost ten-years prior to his retirement from USCIS, Mr. Berez was the USCIS Headquarters EB-5 Program Manager and Chief Adjudications Officer in charge of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Mr. Berez was instrumental in restoring and leading the EB-5 immigrant investor program from being a very small struggling program at the end of 2000 to establishing a process and foundation that has enabled it to flourish and grow to what it has become, enabling EB-5 Regional Centers and thousands of EB-5 investors to generate as much as a billion dollars per year of aggregate EB-5 immigrant investment capital into the U.S. economy creating thousands of jobs for American workers throughout the U.S. Mr. Berez, as an expert on EB-5 regional center and EB-5 investor eligibility matters, has provided expert EB-5 guidance services to immigration law firms and regional centers, and assisted and consulted on actions involving hundreds of EB-5 I-924, I- 526, and I-829 applications and petitions, RFEs, Intent to Deny (ITD), Denial actions, Motions to Reopen/Reconsider (MTRs) and successful cases of EB-5 Federal Court litigation in achieving favorable outcomes for attorneys, regional centers, and EB-5 immigrant investors.
