In 2010, SRC was approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Regional Center under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. An EB-5 regional center is an entity that has been approved by the USCIS under the EB-5 Program as an economic unit, public or private, engaged in the promotion of economic growth, improved regional productivity, job creation, and increased capital investment in the United States. Through years of experiences, we have developed comprehensive and successful approach to EB-5 Program. Our projects stimulate the economy while offering eligible foreign investors the chance to secure legitimate, permanent residency in the United States.
SRC serves geographic areas in Alabama and Georgia. Alabama is located in one of the fastest growing automotive regions in North America, which is known as the “Southeastern Automotive Corridor”. This region is home to world class automotive brands like Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Toyota.
Our mission is to achieve investors’ goals by delivering superior EB-5 investment projects and smooth immigration process. We are a team of professionals with expertise in investment, finance and immigration. As an independent third party, we represent the interests of our investors by identifying solid projects, negotiating reasonable terms with borrowers, overseeing the use of investment funds and making sure that the funds are used in a manner compliant with EB-5 policies.
One industry we focused on is auto manufacturing. We worked with leading global auto manufacturers located in Alabama and brought EB-5 investments into this sector that very much needed economic stimulus, development and job creation to fulfill the goals of the EB-5 program.
In addition to auto manufacturing projects, we actively seek various types of investment opportunities to diversify our portfolio. We evaluate these projects by conducting thorough due diligence to make them EB-5 compliant and financially solid. With our expertise and resources, we will introduce our investors to projects that maximize job creation, financial strength, security and accountability.
